Eating salad every day is one of the healthy eating habits you can adopt. Vegetables are important sources of   nutrition. Vegetable Salad is a healthy food because it contains many vegetables. The vegetables grown in Pakistan are very healthy.

The Ingredient’s used in Vegetable Salad are Carrot, Cucumber, Tomato, Potato, Capsicum and boiled eggs

Carrot:

This is a root vegetable which is   good source of antioxidant agent. Carrots are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin b8, potassium, iron. Carrots are one of the most widely used and enjoyed vegetables in the world.

Cucumber:

Cucumber contains vitamin B1, vitamin B5, vitamin B7. Cucumbers are rich in two of the most basic elements needed for healthy digestion water and fiber.

Tomato:

Tomato contain vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin K. tomato are widely known for their outstanding antioxidant content

Potato:

Potato is an excellent source of vitamin C, potassium, vitamin B6. Potato provides the potassium and energy that we need to perform at our best.

Method to make Vegetable Salad:

Cut all vegetables potato, tomato, cucumber, carrot in a bowl. Slice boiled eggs and mix it in the vegetables. Also add some green leaves in Salad. Dish it out and serve it.
