Tandoori Keema Paratha Recipe For Ramadan

Tandoori Keema Paratha is one of the delicious paraths which are made in Pakistan. Tandoori Keema Paratha is a Pakistani traditional dish. It’s called Tandoori paratha because keema paratha cook more delicious in tandoor. You can also make Tandoori Keema Paratha at homes.

Tandoori Keema Paratha is a delicious and spicy paratha recipe which you can easily made at homes.

I have also experienced to make Tandoori Keema Paratha at home.  you can also take Tandoori Keema Paratha with ketchup or imli ki chutney for more taste.

Ingredients and Quantity:

Ingredients of Paratha Dough:

Maida: 1 cup.

Flour: 1 cup.

Salt: ½ teaspoon.

Butter: 1 tablespoon.

Ingredients of Keema paste filling in Paratha:

Keema: 250 grams.

Onion: 1.

Garlic ginger paste 2 teaspoon.

Salt: As required.

Coriander: As required.

Red chili powder: 1 tablespoon. Green chili: 3.

Garam masala: ½ tablespoon.

Butter: 1 tablespoon.

Method:

For making dough, mix 1 cup maida,  ½ teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon oil  and add water in it and make dough and put it in fridge for 30 minutes.

For filling take 1 sliced onion and fry it until it gets light brown.

Then add 250 gram Keema, garam masala, garlic ginger paste, red chili and cook it for 10 minutes.

Then add two green chilis and coriander in it and fry it.

Now add filling in the paratha dough.

Now fry it in oil.

Delicious crispy Tandoori Keema Paratha is ready for serving.
