It’s a spicy kind of daal with a combination of vegetables and lentils. It’s a best vegetarian lunch which you can serve to your family.


Ingredients and Quantity:

Mutton or beef: ½ kg.

Olive oil: ½ cup.


Garlic paste: 1 tablespoon.

Salt: As required.

Garam masala; 1 tablespoon.


Cumin powder: 1 tablespoon.

Coriander: As required.

Onion: 2

Chanay ki daal: 1 cup.

Tomato: 2

Ginger paste: 1 tablespoon.

Red chili powder: 1 tablespoon.

Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon.

Red chili paste: 1 tablespoon.

Green chili: 2.


Firstly mix the meat with garlic ginger paste and salt. Then add half cup of water and then leave it to cook.

Take a pan and heat oil in it. Fry onions in it till onions gets light brown.


Then add tomatoes, meat and half cup water and then heat it until the meat is cooked.

Then add boiled chanay ki daal, imli and mix it well.

Then garnish it with coriander and green chili. Delicious  Daal Makhni Gosht is ready for serving.
