Mango Kulfi Recipe
Milk: 1 kg
Sugar: 6 tablespoon
Fresh Cream: 8 oz
Khoa: ½ cup
Custard Powder: 2 tablespoon
Green Cardamom: ½ teaspoon
Mango Pulp: 1cup
Add sugar into milk and boil it
Then add Custard Powder in ¼ cup of cold water and add into hot milk slowly slowly until it becomes thick
Now add Khao in it and let it cool.
Now add fresh cream and mango pulp in it.
Now add kulfi in mango Molds and frezz it
Delicious and tasty Kulfi is ready
