Ingredients and Quantity:

Milk: 2 kg.

Sugar: 400 grams.

Condensed Milk: 1 cup.

Corn Flour: 4 table spoon.

Rose water: 2-3 tea spoons.

Water: ½ liter.

Almond (crushed): 3 table spoon.

Pistachio (crushed): 3 table spoon.

Yellow color: As required

Sawaiyan, Falooda: 4 cup.

Water: 1 cup

Method:

Put milk, khoya and sugar in a pan. Then add condensed milk in it and start cooking.

Cook until it reduced half in quantity.

Then add corn flour and rose water. Cook for 2 minutes and then leave it to cool.

Then add pistachio and almond in it.

Put the mixture in freezer.

When it cools, pour it in a kulfi container and then freeze it over night.

Then cut it into pieces and serve it with falooda noodles and nuts. Kulfi Falooda is ready to eat.
