Ingredients and Quantity:

Bread slice: 2 pieces

Egg: 1

Oil: half cup

Milk: 6 table spoon

Sugar: As required

Method:

Beat together eggs and milk.

Heat the oil over medium heat.

Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in pan and cook on both sides until it gets golden.  Then serve Hot.
