Boneless Beef ½ kg
Black pepper 1 tea spoon
Salt 1 tea spoon
Corn Flour 2 spoon
Boiled potatoes 2
Soya Sauce 1 spoon
Crushed Red chilli 1 tea spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 spoon
Oil For shallow fry
Firstly, make paste of ½ boneless beef, 1 tea spoon salt, 1 tea spoon black pepper, 1 tea spoon of crush red chilli, 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste and add 1 cup of water for cooking.
Cook it until the beef cooked and water becomes dry.
Now make small pieces of beef and add 2 boiled and crushed potatoes, 1 onion, 2 spoon of corn flour and crushed masala. Mix it well and give smoke of charcoal.
