Ingredients and Quantity:

Potato: ½ kg

Salt: ½ kg

Black salt: ½ kg

Red chili: ½ kg

Cumin: ½ kg

Oil: ½ kg

Method:

Peel off potato and cut it into chips. Put the deep fried pot on stove. Add oil into it and fry the potato chips in oil. Then take it out in a dish. Sprinkle Chat Masala on fried Crispy Potato.  Crispy Potato dish is ready to eat.
