Cauliflower and meat Recipe is a wonderful combination. It’s a combination of vegetable with meat. Gobhi Gosht is liked by people because it can be eaten by both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Gobhi Gosht is mostly made in lunch or dinner.

The Cauliflower used in Gobhi Gosht is very beneficial for health. Cauliflower contains high quantity of vitamin C. It’s also a good source of vitamin K, thiamin, riboflavin, fiber, vitamin B6, pantothenic acid and manganese.

The meat used in Gobhi Gosht contains large amount of proteins which are very important for our body. It strengthens the immune system. Meat contains all essential amino acids.

Meat is rich in iron, zinc and selenium. Iron helps in forming hemoglobin that transports oxygen to different parts of the body.

Meat contains vitamin A,B and D. it also supports central nervous system.

Ingredients and Quantity:

Mutton: ½ kg

Onion: 2

Tomatoes: 3

Ginger Garlic paste: 2 tablespoon

Salt: 1 tablespoon

Red chili: 1 tablespoon

Soya sauce: 2 tablespoon

Maida: 10 grams

Method:

Fry onion paste in oil.

Then add meat and other spices in it.

Fry them for a while.

Add tomatoes and water.

Cook them till meat gets tender.

Then add Gobhi and cook them for some time.

Now add ginger, green chili and mint.

Cover the lid and cook on low heat for few minutes.
