Ingredients and quantity
Chicken: 300 gram
Oil: 8 Tablespoons
Bitten Yogurt: ½ cup
Tomato Paste: ½ cup
Salt: 1 tablespoon
Green Chili: 3
Minit Leaves: As you required
White Flour: ½ kg
Oil: 2 tablespoons
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Hot water: Need the dough
Boil the 300 grams chicken in ½ cup of water.
Now cook it with masala mix and let it cool.
Add 1 chop onion, 2 tablespoon coriander powder, Mint leaves and 3 green chili in Chicken.
Then make 6 to 8 dough of ¼ sizes.
Now put oil on one piece of dough and again make ¼ sized dough.
Now put filling on one roti and put another roti on it.
Now fry it till it gets golden brown. Now serve it with chutney.
