Ingredients and quantity

Chicken keema: ½ kg

Ginger Garlic: 1 teaspoon

Bread Slice: 2

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Black pepper: ½ teaspoon

Mastered Powder: ½ teaspoon

Onion: ½ cup

Chop Green Chili: 6

Chop Green coriander: 2 tablespoon

Mozzarella Cheese:  12-15 cubes

Dry fruits: For roll

Betted Eggs: 2

Bread Crumps: As you required

Oil: 2 tablespoon


Add ½ kg Chicken keema,  1 teaspoon Garlic Ginger, 2 bread slices, 1 teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon Mastered Powder, ½ cup onion, 6 Green Chili and  2 tablespoon coriander .

Chop it well.

Add 12-15 cubes Mozzarella Cheese in this mixture.

Make balls and cover it with dry fruits.

Add bread crumps in two eggs.

Dip the balls in this and deep fried.
