Ingredients and Quantity:
Garlic: 20 grams
Garam masala:1 table spoon
Yogurt: 250 grams
Red chili powder: As required
Salt: As required
Soak rice for half an hour.
Boil the rice in a cooker.
Fry onion in frying pan until it gets golden brown.
Then add garlic and ginger in it.
Add chicken, salt, red chili powder and tomatoes and cook it for3 to 5 minutes.
Then add yogurt in it and cover it with lid.
Now layer rice and Chicken mixture one by one and cover it with lid and heat it for 5 minutes.
Spicy and delicious Chicken Biryani is ready to eat.
