Masoor ki Daal: 1 cup
Onions: ¼ cup
Tomatoes: ½ cup
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Red chili: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric: ½ teaspoon
Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Water: 2 cup
Garlic ginger paste: 2 teaspoon
Zeera: ½ teaspoon
Oil: ¼ cup
Coriander: 2 tablespoon
Green chili: 2
Add I cup Masoor ki Daal in 2 cup water, ¼ cup onion, ½ cup to tomato, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, ½ teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon garam masala,1/4 teaspoon sounf and 1 teaspoon vinegar in pan.
Add 2 teaspoon garlic, ½ teaspoon zeera, red chili powder in Masoor Ki Daal.
Then dish it out and garnish it with coriander and green chili.
