Ingredients and Quantity:

keema: 1 gram


Channay ki daal: 1 cup

Garlic ginger paste: 1 tablespoon

Salt: As required


Green chili paste: ½ tablespoon

Oil:2-3 tablespoon

Onion: 2

Garam masala: ½ teaspoon

Coriander: As required

Flour: ½ kg

Baking soda: ½ teaspoon

Chutney Ingredients:

Onion: 3-4

Tamarind juice: ½ cup

Salt: ½ teaspoon


Red chili: ½ teaspoon

Sugar: ½ teaspoon

Green chili: As required


Firstly boil 1 cup Channay ki daal and potatoes.

Now put roti pizza in fridge for a night.

Now add roti pizza, baking s.

soda, boiled potatoes, salt and oil in blender and blend it

now add this mixture in ½ kg flour and beat it until it gets mixed well.

For making keema balls, heat oil in a pan and add garlic ginger paste, salt, red chili and then add keema and heat it until water gets dry.

Now add 2 onions and add mashed lentils in it and mix it.
