Bohri Cutlets can be made in parties and also be made in lunch. You can also eat Bohri Cutlets with rice.

Ingredients and Quantity:

Beef keema: ½ kg

Bread slices: 7

Garlic ginger paste: 1 tablespoon

Green chili: 5

Black pepper: 1 tablespoon

Red chili: ½ tablespoon

Green onion: 5-10

Coriander: As required

Soya sauce: 2 tablespoon

White vinegar: 1 tablespoon

Chili sauce: 2 tablespoon

Bread crums: 1 cup

Eggs: 3

Garam masala: 1 teaspoon

Salt: As required

Oil: for frying

Green onion: chopped

Method:

Mix all ingredients in chopper with eggs and bread crums. Now put this mixture on cutlets now put bread crums on it.

Now fry cutlets in hot oil. fry it till it gets light brown.
