Black Pepper used in this dish is very beneficial for health. Health benefits of black pepper include relief from respiratory disorders, cough, constipation, indigestion and heart disease. Black pepper is a fruit of black pepper plant. Because of its antibacterial properties, pepper is also used to preserve food. It is a rich source of vitamin C, vitamin K and dietary fiber.
Ingredients and Quantity:
The ingredient’s and quantity used in Black Pepper Karahi are:
Crushed black pepper: 1 table spoon
Tomato: 3 to 4
Meat: 1 Kg
Salt: ½ table spoon
Ginger paste: 1 table spoon
Garlic paste: 1 table spoon
Green chili: 6
Oil: ½ cup
Black pepper: 8
Coriander: for garnishing
Ginger: for garnishing
Boil tomatoes, onion, ginger and green chilies.
Now grind them all well in a grinder
Add meat in a pan and fry it until it gets cooked.
Add the tomato mixture in the meat.
Add turmeric and yogurt also.
After that add black pepper and green chili.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Garnish with chopped ginger, butter and fresh coriander leaves.
Squeeze in juice of half lemon and sprinkle some freshly cooked black pepper on it.
