Walnut – 2 cup
Oil / ghee – 1 cup
Green Cardamom – 8
Solid Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 cup
Brown Semolina – according to taste
Almonds, pistachio – according to taste
Melt ghee/oil in a cooking pot then Add green cardamom in it.
Add walnuts in it and cook till the color change into brown.
Now add solid milk, brown semolina and cook it for 10-15 minutes.
Your Akhrot ka halwa is ready; serve it by garnishing it with almonds and pistachio.
